Bence, you mentioned the board decides before the 15th. I pulled the two numbers you asked about into one page so it is an easy read for them. Should I send it over, or would a 15-minute call be faster?

Deals die in the four days after the meeting.
You leave a good call, mean to follow up, and the week happens. Alex is the one employee whose week does not happen.
Not chase for a decision. Make their internal step easier: one page the board can read in a minute, and a call as the faster path.

The sweep runs.
You set the time in a sentence, not a settings page. Alex reads the night's mail and every open thread, then moves the board.

Alex notices what you would have missed.
Auer Bau has been silent nine days. Their board decides on the 15th. That leaves one usable window, and it is this week.

Alex drafts. You decide.
61 words, in your register, with a one-pager the board can forward. One card, one button. Nothing has been sent.

The two numbers your board asked for
Szia Bence,
You mentioned the board decides before the 15th. I pulled the two numbers you asked about into one page so it is an easy read for them.
Should I send it over, or would a 15-minute call be faster?
Zsolt
Why Alex wrote thisQuote sent 24 Aug, no reply for 9 days. Bence named the 15th as the decision date on your 22 Aug call. Your notes list "board has to sign off" as the usual blocker at this size.
Logged either way
Your mailbox tokens never enter a prompt. The model sees the text of a thread, not the keys to your account.
Requests expire. Ignore one for 24 hours and it dies. Nothing waits around to surprise a customer.
Everything is on the record. Who decided, when, what Alex read and what the run cost. Export it as CSV any time.
EU-hosted, DPA signed before day one.
Alex picks up the job the way a new hire would.
Give it a mailbox, tell it what you sell, read the first drafts, then decide how much rope it gets. Most teams stop rewriting drafts in week one.

Vote for this
For the founder who is still the best salesperson in the company.
Agencies of four to twenty people. Consultancies whose next conversation should have started a month ago. B2B services with a six-week decision and four people in it. Alex will not replace you. It stops the week from deciding which deals get attention.
Pricing
Two levels. One difference.
Both do the job and both follow your edits. Junior does what you assign, remembers what you tell it and keeps up to 100 skills. Senior keeps unlimited skills, builds its own tools, and earns the right to act between your approvals.

Everything in Junior. Plus the parts that get better every week. Senior follows every edit, writes its own skills and tools, runs three roles as one team, and earns the right to act on its own, one rule at a time.
Fourteen days free, no card. One mailbox, the inbox summary, your first forty approvals. The trial ends on its own unless you keep Alex on.
Before you connect a mailbox.
Can it send an email without me?+
Not unless you write a standing rule that says so, and standing rules only exist on Senior. Out of the box, every outbound action is a request you approve, edit or reject. If you do nothing, it expires.
What can it see in my mailbox?+
Threads with the customers and prospects you point it at, plus calendar entries around them. It does not index your archive, and it never receives the OAuth token. The backend fetches content and passes text.
Does it write in Hungarian?+
Yes, in your register. During the offer session it reads your own sent mail, so formal or informal address, sentence length and the phrases you repeat carry over.
How long until it is useful?+
Connecting takes minutes, the offer session about half an hour. First drafts arrive the next morning. By the end of week one you are editing them, not rewriting them.
What happens to my data if I leave?+
Revoke access from the console and the connection dies immediately. Export the record and files first, as a plain archive. Stored content is deleted within 30 days.
Alex starts tomorrow at six.
Connect a mailbox tonight. The first summary is waiting when you sit down.
